Logicteca has
adapted one of most risk free models for customers
wanting to outsource their IT related projects or
product development. The following describes Logicteca’s “Minimum Risk Model”.It is well known that
most customers are reluctant to start outsourcing
their projects due to the high risk of the high
upfront fees and due to having less control over the
team that carries out their project, hence increasing
the risk of unsatisfactory results.
With Logicteca’s
“Minimum Risk Model” customers don’t pay for any
of the cost until 20% of the level of effort is
completed thereafter the customer is charged up to a
maximum of 50% of the total value of the contract
until the project is completed. When the customer is
satisfied with the final result, the customer would
then compensate Logicteca for the remaining 50% of the
total cost of the level of effort. The following indicates
the flow of this model.
